What data we process
We only process the data you choose to send us, through the contact form on this website or by writing to info@monomgroup.it: name, company, email address, message content and any attachments (files, drawings, photos).
The contact form sends your data straight to our mailbox info@monomgroup.it: the website does not store it in any archive or database. Name, company and email are used to reply to you; without a name, an email and a message we cannot handle the request.
Why we process it
To reply to your request and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or an offer (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Who may receive it
- Aruba S.p.A., which hosts this website and our email.
- Where needed to make the part, the production partners involved in the job: they receive only the files and technical information required.
- If the request becomes an order, the advisers who handle our accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
If a request does not become an order, we keep it for 3 months and then delete it, attachments included. If it becomes an order, the related accounting and tax documents are kept for the 10 years required by Italian law (Art. 2220 of the Civil Code).
Cookies and external services
- This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.
- Fonts and images are loaded from our own server: no calls to third-party services.
- The hosting provider may record technical browsing data (server logs) for the security of the service.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data by writing to info@monomgroup.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
